The two-side blade has both a fine-edge side for hacking brush and vines and a rough cut saw edge for cutting branches, limbs and small trees. It's high-carbon steel shaft comes overmolded with a Gator Grip handle – perfect for both wet and dry conditions. For convenient backcountry travel, when every bit of weight is accounted for, the Gater Jr. is the right machete.
